-We are always try the best and make the best thing for you. And there is some Privacy Policies of Ms.Queen’s team when we work each other. 

 -The fabric, we always take the best quality possible, our outfits and accessories are always 100% handmade. With our best efforts to make perfect products, depending on the source of the fabric and decoration (suppliers’ stock or end of life of material, decoration) small variations may occur from item to item, including type and color of fabric and decoration. We always limit variation at lowest level.

-Please keep in mind that real-product may appear slightly different colors with the photo or Video because of monitor calibrations, setting system, outside effects of taking photo/video (light, camera, filter….).

C-Return Policies

    Contact-us within 48h after receiving your outfits if you want to return products

-“Serving you is our honors”, this is the main focus of Ms.Queen’s team (  It is our pleasure to serve you with an unparalleled level of service comparable to the quality of the fine products that we offered with the price agreeable. All returns must be pre-authorized by contact with us via Email or Facebook messenger. We will e-mail or message you an approved return confirmation with return instructions and a return address.

-The refund will be effective in 7 days after received your qualify return items

– Return-Refund accepted in case there is critical fault/mistake from our side.

– We can also make alteration for free or with light fee if there is mistakes from clients.

– Return for refund will not accept for the customization product.

-All returned items has to be in original condition with all tags attached ; if the garment has been worn, altered, washed or is there are soils/ stains of bodily perspiration, cologne/perfume and smoke…etc., this/these item(s) will be unqualified and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

– All refunds are for merchandise only. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Client will pay all of shipping cost included the shipping cost for return

– The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fee if the shipment has been refused, the purchaser has given us a wrong address, or if the purchaser has not signed for receiving shipment. To avoid unnecessary loss of time and money, please provide us with your correct order information. If you do not wish your order to be returned to you, we will treat your returned parcel as a return order and any charge/credit/restriction will be applied to our return policy.

-All of amount for option upgrade stones will not refund in any case.

-All of product with your personal (include your measurements) is also the customized product

-The re-stocking fee is 40% of sold-value .


– You can cancel order in case the order is processing and not yet send to you and there is the cancelation fee like below:

  1. *By 48h days after your order, the cancelation fee will be 15% of order-value
  2. *By 7 days after your order, the cancelation fee will be 30% of order-value
  3. *By 12 days after your order   , the cancelation fee will be 35% of order-value
  4. * By 17 days after your order, the cancelation fee will be 50 % of order-value
  5. After 17 days all of cancelation is not accepted
